We are sure you’ll love your Seka product, and we want to help everyone get the item that will stitch perfectly into their lifestyle. To ensure this, we offer a 30 day guarantee on every purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the Seka product you receive, we invite you to mail it back to us for a refund, or request an exchange for a product of comparable value.
Do you cover the cost of return shipping?
We cannot at this time cover the shipping cost of returning your item to our US headquarters, except in the case of damaged or incorrect orders (see below). Upon receipt of your return, we offer a full refund of the original cost, including the original shipping fee, or a free exchange.
If you live in the Texas hill country, or near a Seka handbags distributor, and wish to avoid return mailing costs, please reach out to us at email@example.com to see about a free drop off or pick up of your return item.
We are also happy to assist you find the most cost effective mailing method for your returns. For questions about shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and mention “shipping” in the subject line.
What if I missed the guarantee window?
After 30 days, we do not offer cash refunds, but you may still return your product for Seka store credit or an exchange, as long as the item is in its original condition.

How do I ship my return item?
You can send your return item in its original packaging or in your own packaging* via the mail carrier of your choice.

*A note on packaging: We try to choose the most cost-effective packaging size when mailing our products. For this reason, we recommend reusing our original packaging when returning or exchanging an item. This is strictly for your benefit, however. We will accept returns in any packaging as long as they are in their original condition.
Do you offer return label printing on your site?

Incorrect or damaged orders
We work hard to ensure your order is always filled correctly and without damage. As each of our products is hand sewn, they are expected to vary in color and size. Knowing this, we list each item individually, allowing you to specifically select your purchase. We also carefully hand pack each order to ensure safe delivery.
If for any reason your item arrives damaged, or if you have not received the item you ordered, we are happy to provide you a refund or exchange at our cost.
To initiate your refund or return, please take a picture of the item and send it to email@example.com stating that you would like to file for an incorrect or damaged order. You may choose to keep the original product, or to return it to us. If you opt to return it, we will refund the cost of return ground shipping.
